The Chevrolet Optra is a product from the South Korean company and was introduced in the year 2003. The technical specifications are excellent and the car has a sound engineering system. It comes with a powerful gasoline 4 cylinder engine in different variants like 1.4l, 1.6l, 1.8l. This gives a more compact engine for its use for more efficiency
The Optra also has a factory fitted excellent sound system, which includes the MP3 player, CD slot, and audio input jack where you can connect your IPOD. The wheels are of alloy and they have an independent suspension for the rear wheels. The exteriors are designed flamboyantly and give a rich look. The car has chrome door handles with smooth touches to it. For the front bumper and rear view mirrors, it has a final change of chrome garnish as well as the body colored with the waistline molding.
The interiors of the car are designed inquisitively with coffee and beige interiors inside to give a rustic look and contain wood trims, which make you, feel at home. The central panel has an excellent finishing to that of specially designed wood finishes on the door boards as well as the handle in the interiors of the car design. It got a rear armrest as well as the front console for the lid armrest. There is enough comfort and convenience for the drivers to have a comfort zone, they got an illuminated power window as well the tilt steering, the whole car is air-conditioned with side view mirrors are electrically adjustable so that you can see the vehicle from back side much easier. They have a rear window with the facility of de fogger along with the time limit.
It has an electric sunroof, which is the door to tour outside world, and you can access it with a push of the button. It has automatic climate control facility, which actually adjusts the surrounding temperature and keeps in check for the room temperature. The safety features designed to suit the needs of the driver with its dual air bags for safety at the time of collision so that you do not hit in the windowpane of your car at the time of an unexpected accident.
Overall, the Chevrolet Optra is the best suited in Indian conditions with all the needed features one could ask for it. The whole car packaged to a high tech defined model, which lets you have a feel good ride and enjoy the comforts of the car.

Overall its fair and square. Not really very good but still better than Sentra or Altis for 1.8 version…. The worst part is the old style green light….Hmm.. should be changed to blue like in Civic. Fuel consumption quite high….around 13km/liter for highway and 10.5 km/l for city drive. Stable at 180km/h…good but not good in turning…..uncomfortable to passengers behind…….Brake ok…. slow speed up….Exterior need more effort as others are much superior! Interior not bad…..only the dashboard to antique….!
