School of Management, Department Of Management Studies is located at Pondicherry University, Kalapet, Pondicherry 605014. The Pondicherry University was established in October 1985 by the Government of India through an Act of Parliament. It is a Central University and is fully supported by the University Grants Commission.

MBA, Specialisation offered; Systems, Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, Finance. Ph.D in Management -Full-time or Part-time (Internal & External)
In addition to regular MBA offered with different electives in DMS-SOM, Pondicherry Univesity also offers MBA: Tourism at its Department of Toursim Studies under the same School of Management and MBA: Banking Technology (UGC sponsored programme under its 10th Plan innovative/interdisciplinary funding scheme) by the Department of Banking Technology. These two MBA programmes are categorised as specialisation MBA programmes in our Campus. In addition the university offers four different MBA programmes in Distance Edcuation mode.
